The Philanthropic Society, which incorporates the program called SER, accomplishes a social work with a multiprofessional team helping children and youth who live with mental and physical disabilities. It was founded in 1991 and today works with 180 patients with diverse pathologies associated with neurological disorders.
The volunteer will work with the professionals and doing what is necessary to maintain the children comfortable.
Also, the volunteer will help the staffs at brain therapy with computers, electro- therapy, hydro-therapy, mechanical therapy, crafts courses and a second hand shop. All of this work demands a lot of volunteers to help the professional team with support.
